Our Social Services Department is involved in the care of residents and their well being. We address the psychological and social concerns of residents and assess their needs in order to provide an optimum state of well being and self esteem. We are proud to also offer aid to families of our residents. Our Social Services Department is available to deal with psychological social issues, originate discharge planning, and counsel with families to achieve practical solutions for problems and concerns.
The Dietary/Food Service Staff is aware of the importance of both nutrition and consistency of a daily routine in planning meal times. Our Dietitian strives to plan healthy and appetizing meals for all, and in special cases can design Therapeutic diets for individual residents in accordance with physician's orders. Delicious snacks and supplements are also available when desired. Meals are served from satellite kitchens located in each of our bright, attractive dining rooms, insuring prompt and courteous service to every resident. Tray service is provided to those residents unable to attend meals in the dining areas.

We also take great care to maintain a high standard with our
facilities and services. Our Physical Plant is designed to provide
a safe, clean, healthy, and pleasant living environment for our
residents. It is meticulously maintained by our staff of janitors,
maintenance personnel, and housekeepers, under the direction and
supervision of our Chief Engineer. The Laundry focuses on prompt
and efficient processing of linens and resident's personal laundry.

At Country Hills, we develop a comprehensive Plan of Care to provide for the specific needs of each resident, This Care Plan is designed to direct the staff in adapting a variety of stimulating and challenging programs relative to the needs and abilities of each individual. By offering three levels of care at one location, we have the flexibility of placing residents in the most appropriate setting--Skilled Nursing; Intermediate Care, or our specialized Alzheimer's unit, as their needs dictate.
On an individual basis, our Nursing Staff probably has more contact with the residents than anyone else at Country Hills. They are especially dedicated to providing optimum care and service, while assisting the resident to remain as active and independent as possible.
